How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise


2. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon


3. Poke holes in the skin side of the spaghetti squash with a fork


4. Drizzle the insides of the spaghetti squash with olive oil, salt, and black pepper


5. Place it cut side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet

6. Put it into a pre-heated 400-degree oven and roast for approximately 45 minutes

7. Remove from oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes

8. Once it is cool enough to touch, use a fork to scrape the strands in the spaghetti squash


9. Now it's ready to enjoy
