Micro Radish Omelette

This recipe was created by Market Wagon vendor Metamora Greens. They specialize in hydroponically unique greens, microgreens, and specialty herbs grown in container farms. All their products are "no-cides" and delivered alive, hyperlocal, and fresh. You can try their products if you are in the Central Michigan or Southeast Michigan markets. 



  1. Heat non-stick skillet and cover with oil or butter.
  2. Add eggs and cook until mostly set.
  3. Carefully flip and top with your favorite local cheese, fresh spinach, salt and pepper, and radish microgreens.
  4. Optionally top with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
