The Thanksgiving dinner table usuaslly has a variety of dishes from roasts to potoates to pies. There is often enough food to last for days following while online shopping for Black Friday sales or simply enjoying the extra time with family and friends. We partnered with The Produce Moms to put together a delicious recipe for your leftover turkey, potatoes, and more!
*Note: This recipe requires a slow cooker
Ingredients (6 servings):
2 cups shredded turkey
2 cups mashed potatoes
3 cups vegetables, any variety chopped (celery, carrots, potatoes, etc.)
1 cup gravy
4 cups chicken broth
Add turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables, gravy, and chicken broth to the slow cooker. Stir together.
Cook on low heat for 4 hours.
Serve in soup bowl and pair with your leftover dinner rolls.
