Q: what is the difference between uou Farm and Sourdough bread? They both use a sourdough starter.

A: 'Yes, they both have sour starter but the Farm has considerably less. With Farm there is a very subtle flavor of the sour. With our Sourdough it is strong and very pronounced. Thanks for the question. '

Q: Can I get unsliced

A: Sorry, we only offer sliced. When we first offered our products on Market Wagon all products were unsliced, after a few months we were inundated with request to slice so we made the switch. Thanks.

A: Not at this time. it is something we are mindful of and working with our suppliers to source non-gmo ingredients.

Q: How many hours do you let your dough ferment before baking?

A: Good morning and thanks for the question. Depends on the product. Sourdough being one of the longest at about 8 hours and challah being one of the least at about 2 hours.
