This is whole homogenized milk that has been minimaly processed and Low Temperature/Vat Pasteurized. Non-Homogenized means the cream will rise to the top, so you will want to shake it before you drink! We milk the cows and bottle the milk the very same day. The milk is bottled in glass bottles which keeps the milk tasting fresher and colder! Please rinse the empty bottle and place it in the bag at your pick up location.USA / IN / Elkhart County
Q: you sent the wrong milk I ordered the white cap and got red cap
A: Yes, we are sorry but the white cap supplies ran out so the red cap is a replacement.

A: I believe any of our regular milk would work, but I would recommend the Non-homogenized Creamline Milk. We make our yogurt with non-homogenized milk. Happy yogurt making!

A: It is probably due to the shaking during travel. Next time let it set for a couple days and you will see cream.

A: If you bought and payed for a bottle you will not be charged again. Just put your bottle in the market wagon bag and it will find its way back to us through the delivery system.

A: The white cap is our creamline milk which is non homogenized the red cap is homogenized. We apologize for the confusion. The white caps were labeled incorrectly several weeks ago.
