Q: We are so so so so sad your egg nog is seasonal! lol! Well my mom will be anyway, when she finds it is no longer able to be ordered! I told her she better get her fill and she did, as well as with the last 6 ordered! Better than Oberweis! Excellent milk products!

A: 'Yes it is. We’re required to pasteurize in Illinois. Low temp though. '

A: 'Hi D.K. I’m sorry I missed your question. The milk is fully pasteurized as required by state of Illinois and FDA. No hormones are used. We use medicine on our animals when they are sick and at no other time. We want them to live a long healthy lives so many of the same medicines we rely on are good for the animals. When they are on medicine, their milk is not put into the supply. We only have two animals in the entire heard on medicine at this time. And dairy, they have a blend of past year, forages like alfalfa hay and some corn silage and soy protein. Thanks for your question and again very sorry for the delayed response.'
