This is one of my favorite sides to make. This is my recipe for the most cheesy and creamy mac & cheese. I use cellentani pasta. The pasta locks in the cheese sauce. Cook the pasta al dente, homemade bechamel sauce with American and cheddar cheese, butter, milk, and heavy cream. To reheat, place in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, take out and stir, repeat until hot. Weighs 12 ounces. Enjoy.USA / Ohio / Franklin County
