I am a small woman-owned business. I started out as a food blogger who loved going to farmers' markets. I was shopping one day and bought a pork shoulder from a local farmer. From that encounter, my first spice Piggy Back Rub was born. I have spent 35 years working in the foodservice industry Tripping Vittles was a wonderful hobby until a few months ago I decided to make it my full-time job. I am thrilled to share with you my spice blends as I grow.
This is my very first spice I am happy to bring Piggy Back Rub to you. It is made for pork but amazing on chicken, potatoes try it on eggs.
