Our A2/A2 milk comes from cows that have been tested to produce milk that only contains the A2/A2 beta-casein protein. Many with milk sensitivities can drink this milk with no issues. Our milk is bottled the same day it comes from the cow. Because it is non-homogenized, the cream rises to the top, so if you don't want to skim the cream off the top for your coffee or other purposes, please be sure to SHAKE WELL to distribute the cream through the milk to enjoy the rich, creamy taste of milk as nature intended!
