Our house specialty, dry-rubbed and slow smoked over apple and cherry wood. Finished with an apricot glaze. Ribs will arrive frozen. Thaw in package in refrigerator and use heating instructions included and shown below. STORAGE AND HEATING INSTRUCTIONS ** Ribs arrive fully cooked and ready to heat and eat ** Storage: Keep ribs frozen until ready to heat. Defrost before heating. Heating Instructions: To reheat, keep the ribs in their vacuum sealed bag and place in a pot of boiling water for 20 minutes. While cooking, be sure to keep the plastic bag off of the bottom of the pot. While boiling in bag is the recommended heating method, ribs can also be heated in an oven or on a grill. To heat, remove from the vacuum seal bag and wrap in foil. Place in oven or on grill at approximately 225°F for 35-40 minutes and sauce once fully heated.USA / Missouri / St. Louis CIty County
