Our lettuce is organically grown in our hydroponic greenhouse, which we can grow fresh lettuces any time of the year. No Pesticides, No GMOs, No Worries! Our lettuce is harvested and sent directly to you for maximum freshness and a multi week shelf life as long as it is kept refrigerated. Although our spring mix is cut and mixed together, most prefer to chop it up in finer pieces. However, if you chop it up in finer pieces and then store it you will lose your shelf life.
