Seven Acre Farm

Sunflower Microgreens

Fruits & Vegetables: Fresh, Greens, Microgreen, No Herbicide, No Pesticide, No Synthetic Fertilizer, Non-GMO, Organic

Sunflower microgreens are graced with a hearty and crunchy leaf, a succulent stem, and a nutty and sweet flavor. They may very well be one of the most versatile crops in American history. Nearly every part of the plant can be used for food production, and its health benefits are numerous.

These microgreens are packed with B vitamins, folate, vitamin E, zinc, antioxidants, and are a complete source of protein. More nutritious than lettuce or spinach!

Enjoy these on their own or on a sandwich, soup, or salad. They are great on eggs! KIDS LOVE THEM packed with lunch or as a snack. Enjoy BLT's? Try a Seven Acre Farm BST! (Bacon, Sunflower, Tomato)

Veganically grown with love in Dublin, OH.

format_quoteMy family loves these sunflower microgreens. Always fresh. Very tasty. My husband and son eat salads without dressing (I know, right?!) and these add a fresh, nutty flavor without being 'grassy.' Keep them dry and they last 10 days in the fridge. Great on sandwiches too. Recommend! Have purchased 4-5 times. format_quote
