Q: How are these grown? And are they truly local, or from another state?
A: 'Yes these are truly local. They are grown in the same earth field tomatoes are grown in. They are grown in a high tunnel. High Tunnels are simply plastic covered structures that enable small farms to grow a crop to harvest approximately four to eight weeks earlier than we can our field crops. Some farmers use heated tunnels we do not. Thank you so much for your inquiry. '

Q: What kind of tomatoes are these?
A: We plant several different varieties. Big Boy, Better Boy, Celebrity, Early Girl. Big Beef, Rutgers and Red Duce. From picking to grading we never seem to be able to keep them separated. The tomatoes you receive could be any of the.above.
