Based in Hilliard, Red Brick Micro has been providing microgreens to local restaurants and farm markets since 2017. We carefully harvest right before delivery to make sure your healthy goodness is going to last in the fridge.
We only use non-GMO seed and everything on our farm is naturally grown. No herbicides or pesticides. We try to be good stewards of the earth and compost all of our microgreen by-product (spent soil and roots) to be used elsewhere on the farm.
Depending on the season we also have other vegetables available like heirloom garlic and tomatoes.
