Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Popeye the Sailor Man had it right! Spinach is a delicious addition to any dish. In this meatless version of our popular manicotti, spinach is definitely the star! Pasta sheets are stuffed with our cheesy ricotta based filling, covered in a tangy marinara sauce and topped with a blend of 3 Italian cheeses, then baked to ooey, gooey perfection. Our entrees, salads, dips and spreads, smoked meats and bakery goods are prepared fresh daily in our FarmStand Kitchen located in Dandridge, Tennessee. We freeze some of them immediately and make them available to our Market Wagon customers the following week. Some of our products are offered fresh; these items are made on Wednesday, the day before they are delivered to your door. All of our kitchen products are prepared without preservatives, using seasonal fresh produce from our farm and other local farms when available.
