About
“RajGardens” was established in 2018. We grow Micro-greens, Asian vegetables, common greens, Tomatoes, Cherry tomatoes, beets, okra, varieties of chilies, garlic, onions, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes for not only for our use but also for friends. Slowly but surely year after year our gardens grew big enough to share the produce in the community through Farmers Markets. We also added fruit producing plants like Concord grapes, black berries and straw berries to our gardens over the past two years.
We produce Micro greens and supply them in 3” x 5” trays as live plants (not cut or harvested microgreens) with a shelf life of 3 to 5 days. The main varieties of micro greens we are presently growing are Radish, Arugula, fenugreek, kohlrabi, pea shoots, sun flower shoots, broccoli, mustard greens, red clover, cabbage and purple basil.
We also prepare Chai mix (Indian chai) and Indian spice mixes for your pleasure of cooking flavorful cuisine.
All our produce is grown in green house structures - both low and high tunnels.
