While cultivating and fulfilling these goals, they realized that the fruits of Fox Mountain could serve more families than their own. That is when Fox Mountain Ranch began. Now your family can also experience the bounty of this land in the nourishing foods it provides. Fox Mountain Ranch is uniquely set atop a small mountain and nestled in a beautiful pocket of Northwest Georgia wilderness. This mountain teems with diverse wildlife and constant birdsong. Our atmosphere drives our ethos in that we strive to work synergistically with nature and aim to be regenerative in our ranching practices.


At Fox Mountain Ranch, we always aim to respect our animals by raising them as close to the way nature intended as possible. For turkeys, that means we raise them in a rotational grazing system that allows for their instinctive behaviors of grazing on grasses and pecking at insects. Raising turkeys this way supports both their health and happiness!


At Fox Mountain Ranch we raise our beef cattle to live a peaceful and healthful life out on the pasture where they can express their natural behaviors. They graze freely throughout the entire duration of their life and are supplemented with a small amount of high quality grain as they approach their harvest date. We offer the grain without ever confining them or removing them from a grazing pasture. We believe that this balanced feeding approach makes for meat that retains the nutrition of a grass-fed animal but adds the flavorful benefit of a little bit of marbling.
