Our story began over 60 years ago growing wheat, soybeans, and corn, and later expanded into livestock to help feed our family, friends, and community. With nearly 30 years of experience running a small-town restaurant, our passion for high-quality, sustainably sourced food only grew stronger.
Today, as a family operation, we carefully rotate our herd to fresh pastures, ensuring the cattle are truly pasture-born and raised, and always grass-fed and grass-finished. Every step is done with hands-on care to guarantee the beef we provide is always premium quality.
