Then came Covid. With time on my hands (I had been working with teams on high-adventure outdoor ropes course challenges), I decided to learn how to grow mushrooms myself, indoors from start to finish.
Through trial and error I learned step by step how to build a grow room, inoculate grow bags and monitor humidity, airflow, temperature, and other steps necessary to grow high-quality, delicious mushrooms.
I'm located in the Baltimore urban/suburban area. For a few years now, I've been selling at Farmer's markets (Catonsville, Towson, Ellicott City, Laurel) and am grateful to have a steady customer following. If you come to a market, we can meet. And now, you don't even have to leave your house!
