Hi Brau Beef Co. is a small family farm in Newberry, SC that blends some new ideas with a traditional way of farming that’s a rarity. You might call it radically traditional. Through this experimentation and blend of styles, Hi Brau produces quality meat with a focus on recognizing varying tasting notes within different breeds of beef. Our "On Tap" varieties are always available, including Angus and South Poll influenced breeds, while our "Special Release" varieties are available for a limited time. Our current Special Release is a 40-Month Live Aged Angus.
Our beef is 100% pasture-raised and grass fed with NO antibiotics, hormones, growth promoters, or anything else you don’t want in your beef. We guarantee that every cut is 14-day dry-aged and USDA inspected to ensure you get the highest quality beef possible.
