To enhance the flavor and tenderness of their beef, they have partnered with a woman-owned craft butchery that dry ages their meat for over 20 days. We partner with a local woman-owned butchery to dry age all of our beef for 14+ days, and have full traceability of every cut. In all aspects of Watson and William, we prioritize transparency, sustainability, and customer experience as core values.
