About

Small Acres Farms is a coalition of small family farms. Our goal is to supply restaurants, health food stores and individuals with the highest quality organic dairy and eggs possible, while staying with small family farms.

We are not a full-service restaurant vendor. We focus on producing eggs and dairy products with unsurpassed taste of nutritional quality. One of our findings is to create a truly good tasting egg it has to come from a small flock. The best dairy products crome from happy cows.

Happy hens from small flocks, cozy cows from small herds + good nutrition and the ability to roam freely on rotated grass pastures = Top Quality Eggs and butter.

We don’t force our hens or cows to do anything they don’t want to do. They are given a choice: rotated pastures, a cool deeply bedded barn or a dirt lot to dust bathe in. At Small Acres Farms we have committed to never having more than 3000 birds per farm or location. Our hens are in the care of Amish family farms where the eggs are gathered by hand out of nesting boxes. Our cow herds are small as well, so we can provide the freshest milk and butter.
