Our flocks of chickens, geese, and ducks enjoy a fermented, organic, soy- and corn-free diet, plus kitchen scraps from our own produce. They roam freely, forage daily, and live without antibiotics or vaccines — just sunshine, fresh air, and plenty of TLC.
In our greenhouse, we grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs from seed in organic soil, using regenerative, no-spray practices. Every harvest is seasonal, intentional, and rooted in respect for the land.
That same care extends to our kitchen. From hand-rolled doughs and rich buttermilk biscuits to roasted sauces, fresh salads, and heart-healthy creations, everything is made from scratch with ingredients we believe in: grass-fed butter, extra virgin olive oil, organic flours, and real herbs and spices. No shortcuts. No fillers. Just food with soul.
