Day Bread Bakers began with one simple idea: bread should be something you look forward to every day. What started as a small cottage bakery with a single mixer has grown into a full-time mission to bring authentic, Japanese-inspired shokupan (milk bread) to our local community — soft, pillowy loaves made with organic Wisconsin flour, local honey, and real butter from small dairies.
Every batch is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand. I don’t cut corners or use shortcuts — just slow fermentation, good ingredients, and care in every step.
