The Bakery creates traditional, homemade baked goods with authentic ingredients (real butter, vanilla, whole milk, etc.) year-round in our certified commercial kitchen in our church hall. We are humbled that our bakery was voted #2 in the top 10 bakeries in the state of Indiana in January 2022. https://bestthingsin.com/bakeries/. The baked goods are sure to be a flavorful, traditional Eastern European (Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Ukrainian) and/or Italian dessert for you, your family and friends. We’ve been selling the Slovak potica rolls at a large farmers market since 2000, one year after the market began. And we’ve been selling them to parishioner and friends a lot longer before that. In addition to ethnic products we've recently added healthy products like Wonderful Waffles (2013), Garlic Scape Dip (2014), Protein Bar & Garlic Veggie Dip(2015), Beet Hummus (2017), Turmeric Spice Blend (2018), Pumpkin seeds coated with Turmeric Spice Blend (2019).
