Good Day Everyone. I am Reggie. Food is my life and passion. I have been in the industry of restaurants for over 30 years. I had the honor of working and creating with talented, passionate individuals like myself. A friend from Cleveland asked if anyone knew how to make buckeyes as a gift for her Mom for Christmas. I only made them once. I volunteered. She and her mom loved them. My business was born. I am not a chef. I am not a baker. I am not a chocolate-er. What I am is someone who loves and respects food and promises to give you quality, taste, beauty, smell, and the unique. I pride myself in ensuring when you receive my product it will "make you smile" and give you comfort and familiar feeling of classic recipes that I created for the new. I dedicate myself everyday to research, test, and test, and test, until it is a product I am proud to stand behind. I only use fresh ingredients, if it is not in peak season...you will not see it available. I make every product myself. All my sauces, preserves, caramels, dough, crust is home produced. I work with local farmers, artisans, dreamers, to make Ohio bigger than the day before. I do not bake. I do not cook. I create. I dream. And my dream is to give you and your family the best cookie, pie, cake, cheesecake, cream cheese, buckeyes, you name it... you ever had.
