SaSa Samosa Kitchen

Louisville, KY

About

SaSa Samosa Kitchen exists to supply fresh samosas to the Louisville community while empowering migrant and refugee women (who are unable to work in the regular workforce) financially by providing them supportive employment in the Samosa Kitchen.
SaSa Samosas are handcrafted. Their fresh ingredients include vegetables & herbs grown locally (without pesticides) by refugee families at the Gate of Hope ministries international-Gosheni farm, and tropical spice flavors from Kenya. The beef we use is also 100% grass fed locally sourced from Foxhollow Farm in Crestwood, Kentucky.
SaSa Samosas are served with SaSa Sauce-a homemade condiment that will add unending delight to your palate.
SaSa is Swahili word meaning “right now”, and nobody does it better than SaSa: fresh Samosas, right now!
