Heritage Meats is a fifth generation family farm. We produce naturally raised Angus beef; no hormones or antibiotics are used. All our cattle are DNA tested for tenderness and marbling to ensure that our beef is the best you can buy. Our operation is located an hour north of St Louis in Illinois. Cattle are on our farms from the day they are born until they head to the butcher. We know exactly where they came from and are always handled humanely. We are Beef Quality Assurance certified.
Our beef is dry aged 21 days and then vacuum sealed for freshness.
