From thirty-four years on the "fast track" of life in the car racing industry, the opportunity had presented itself and the decision was made to divert from the fast lane of life and to return to a life more meaningful to my family and myself. I’ve returned back to my roots and back to what I love and always longed to do, which is to work in agriculture.
Going back to my roots, agricultural farming is where I originally come from. Growing up as a country kid, I'd sit for hours in my favorite tree, in the middle of an open field, eating sour green apples, and dreamed for hours with no worries in the world. I loved nature, animals, hunting, farming, and the "time" away from everything. Those are priceless memories. Today, my home now sits in place of that apple tree!
I am so grateful to have gotten the experience to learn from my father about agriculture in caring for and handling livestock and being a good steward of the land. I learned a lot from him! I owe it to my father and mother who provided the experiences, the know-how, and the land that has made it possible for my family to carry on the tradition of agriculture into the 21st century. I have dedicated my farm’s name to my late parents, in honor of them.
Today, my family and I are in a full-time journey of agricultural farming. Our family-run operation was built from the ground up. We run our Black Angus cattle, raise our three kids and operate our business on a farm in rural Webberville, Michigan. Our cattle are raised with the highest of standards in mind while keeping in mind sustainability, soil regenerative, and pasture rotational grazing on only the grasses in front of them. They are never fed grains of any sort and are truly grass-fed and grass-finished from start to finish! We provide the resources, while the cattle produce the best, premium beef they know-how just for you!
Our goal is to provide healthy, worry-free, premium grass-fed & grass-finished beef for our customers and to continue to prosper our family farm and leave a legacy not just for our family, but to our customers as well! We pride ourselves on creating profitable relationships that, like our business, stand the test of time.
Our Black Angus products that we offer here from the farm are:
Roasts (arm, chuck, rump & sirloin)
Ground Burger
Steaks (New York Strip, Filet Mignon, Ribeyes, Sirloins, Flank and Flat Irons)
Short Ribs
Stir-Fry/Fajita Meat
Soups bones
Stew Meat
Brisket (small and large)
All Beef Hot Dogs
All Beef Snacking Sticks (hot and regular)
All our beef is a premium, true grass-fed product. No hormones or antibiotics. From start to finish, our beef cattle take longer to grow and dress out in size. Which means a longer time in the pastures. We "dry age" our beef for 21 days to get the maximum flavor and tenderness that everyone desires. While others, only 10-14 days. The meat is premium quality. Each cut has been hand carved by an expert butcher. Each package is then vacuum sealed to preserve the quality of freshness and robust flavor along with our Heaven Sent Farms label. Each package of beef is USDA certified with the stamp of approval. My beef is also "BQA Certified" which is explained below.
BQA Certified. Michigan Beef Quality Assurance Program. This helps beef farmers and ranchers raise better beef so consumers can feel even better about buying it. Raising quality beef requires commitment and hard work. Certification is earned, not bought. For beef farmers and ranchers, that means using modern techniques to raise cattle under optimal environmental and economic conditions. For consumers, it means knowing the beef they buy is wholesome and delicious. In fact, more than 85% of U.S. beef comes from BQA-certified farmers and ranchers. (Source: beefthatswhatsfordinner)
