About

GlennLeigh Farm grew out of a desire to live closer to the land and in rhythm with the seasons. Taking great joy in personally caring for their small herd, Steve and Hattie Wagner raise grassfed and grass-finished beef to share with their loyal customers and friends.

GlennLeigh cattle lead a carefree life roaming rolling pastures in Oldham and Henry Counties. Their diet is only what nature intended for it to be – grass and hay (and mother’s milk). They are rotated through fresh pastures grazing on a mixture of warm and cool season grasses, legumes, and forbs from the start of their lives until they arrive on your table.

We use no antibiotics, supplemental growth hormones, grains, or any other unnatural products. The result is quality beef that is natural, healthy, and delicious. Our cattle are harvested at their peak condition, resulting in meat that is full-flavored, full of marbling, and consistent in texture.

The 100% grassfed diet creates beef that is balanced in healthy Omega 3 fatty acids (the good kind) as well as the all-important linoleic acid.
