The Farmery raises premium, pastured meats for Southwestern Pennsylvania. We are committed to our great-grandparents principles of whole-animal butchery, producing not just delicate cuts of meat, but also fully using the bones, hides, pelts, and lard. Founded nearly 100 years ago, we place respect for the land and animals at the forefront of everything we do. Our Berkshire pork, Icelandic lamb, Galloway beef, and poultry are raised on full time pasture and supplemented with vegetables, all-natural plant based grain, probiotics, and essential oils. Meat can be ordered by the cut, and all of our ground products are "whole-animal." We also offer specialties like roasted bone broths, Mangalitsa moisturizer, and chapstick made from premium rendered lard.
