Pleasant Valley Poultry is a small Amish Family Farm and Processing facility, where we raise Chicken, Duck, Turkeys and even Christmas Geese. All of our birds are raised on All Natural feeds without any antibiotics or growth hormones using small scale farming practices. Each bird is then processed by hand 1 bird at a time in our own USDA Inspected Processing Plant where each individual bird is Inspected for wholesomeness by a USDA Inspector. All the Chicken and Turkey sausages are made without using any preservatives or MSG's. Five family members along with a few employees operate the Processing Plant and all family members are involved in growing the birds.
