We are a small family farm located in Wayne County, MI, just a couple miles south of Detroit Metro Airport. We use sustainable, agroecological methods to raise pork, chicken, rabbit, and turkey on pasture. Our methods include rotational grazing, agroforestry practices, reduce tillage, and reliance on heritage breed genetics to bring you the tastiest pork and chicken you've ever had! In addition to foraging on pasture, our animals receive a base diet of non-GMO grains low in corn and soy. They also get discarded produce, dairy, and bread from local farms and grocers. We work hard to ensure that our animals enjoy a peaceful life of fresh air and free ranging before their "one bad day" at the end. We know that our products cost a lot more than what you find in the grocery store, but we believe that paying more to enjoy some exceptional meat is better than paying a little for junk meat that you eat every day.
