Eden Pure Beef is NOT certified organic! Why not?
We go the extra mile to bring you the best and "cleanest" beef we can. Falling Creek Farms has a strong herd of cattle living in harmony with nature in an almost wild state. They are raised without vaccines, antibiotics, hormones, or wormers. Humane standards for organic certification requires vaccination and routine worming, but our cattle are in a closed herd: every one of them is born on the farm and live their entire life there. No outside exposure means no need for vaccination. We selectively breed for parasite resistance so routine worming is not necessary.
Our cattle feed only on the grasses and “weeds” flourishing in our pastures. There is no grain in their diet - ever. No chemicals of any kind are ever used on or in the cattle, or on the land. My goal is to bring you beef that is wholesome, and clean and pure, raised the way God and nature intended.
