Locally Good was born 8 years ago in the mountains of Western North Carolina, by Stephanie Poetter. Moving back to Kansas City last year, Stephanie now has an Urban Micro Farm in Olathe. Locally Good is Certified Naturally Grown, and utilizes permaculture practices, growing unique heirloom varieties that are 100% artificial chemical free! We focus predominantly on creating fermented foods (ACV and other artisanal vinegars), herbal remedies (elderberry syrup, fire cider, etc.), herbal tea blends (anxiety, relaxation, headache, antiviral, pregnancy/lactation, etc.), fruit and herb beverage enhancers (blueberry shrub syrup), and a line of 100% all natural personal care products. Locally Good can be found at the Lenexa Farmers Market on Saturdays and Tuesdays, with the days of attendance listed on our website’s “Events” page. Stephanie also teaches classes, and is a consultant. Online tutorials and blog in the works!
