We create timeless, old world fresh and smoked meats, with a Hungarian / Eastern European influence. We use fresh pork sourced from a small family abattoir in Lancaster County, our own spice mixes, and natural casings. We make our sausage the old-fashioned way, from pork shoulders, cut by hand. We grind, mix and stuff our sausage ourselves. Three generations of family working together, side by side, grandfather, father, and daughter. If you enjoy our sausages, please leave a review of them.
