What happens when a foodie turns farmer? Lots of clean, delicious, local goodness! After being diagnosed with Autoimmune disease, I turned to locally raised products that I couldn't grow myself. From that, Jensen Reserve was born!
Having our own USDA inspected butcher shop and the Meishan Pigs that we grow here, we have a unique offering of gluten, sugar, and soy free products. All of these products are produced with health in mind.
We are one of the handful of farms in the country growing and curing our own items while also being an all female artisan food provider. These are just a few unique things about us!
