Combining our passion with the latest technology, we have created a farm that creates sustainable, all-natural food and natural, humane conditions and non-GMO/organic feeds for our livestock.
Our Red Wattle Pig Program
The Red Wattle pig, named for their distinct pair of furry protuberances that dangle from their jowls, were chosen by us for the same reasons that the 1700s Spanish farmers chose them, quick growth, adaptability. Not only that, but the Red Wattle provides lean and flavorful meat.
Our Pork- Flying Pig Ranch
Sustainability brings another reason. This certain breed of pig is now on Livestock Conservancy’s threatened-species list, which means we must breed them correctly, feed them well, and do our part before we lose the Red Wattle forever. As we work on our farm to increase population and to pass this information on to other local and national farms, we offer a sustainable future for the Red Wattle.
Red Wattle meat is some of the most lean and flavorful pork. We call them the "Bison of Pork" Once you have tried our wonderful pork you will be coming back routinly for this delicious meat.
