Jimmy retired From General Electric in Morristown I retired from Greeneville City Schools. we built our own TDA inspected Market on our Farm in 2010 and started our business. We have always raised Hogs and made Sausage. We have or Hogs slaughtered at a USDA inspected facility and USDA inspected then we bring the whole carcass back to our inspected facility for processing. We take pride in our products and want to give our customers the peace of mind that they are getting the best we can offer. Only the best cut of meats goes into our Sausages. We offer Breakfast Sausage Hot or Mild In bulk, Breakfast Patties, Breakfast Links in Collagen casings, Ground Pork. Bratwurst in Natural casings, Polish Kielbasa in Natural casings. Italian Links in Natural casings also Italian in bulk, all of our Links are handmade. Bone in Pork Chops, Boneless Pork Chops. Thin sliced Boneless Breakfast Chops, Pork Roast cut from the Boston Butt, Tenderloin the Filet Mignon
