    Upperhand Fish is a proud supplier of Wild Caught Fresh Fish from the Straits of Mackinac in Michigan. All of the fish is caught in the cold waters of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Once caught, it is processed immediately and vacuum sealed to retain that "Fresh Caught Flavor".. We carry a full line of Smoked Pate's (Whitefish, Lake Trout, Salmon), Fish Fillets(Whitefish, Walleye, Salmon, Lake Trout, Perch, and Smelt.
