About
We are the teaching campus for St. Charles Community College Agriculture and Culinary programs. Our campus has state of the art kitchen classrooms as well as high tech for our agriculture training. Our farm fields are literally right outside the floor to ceiling windows making our unique programs truly farm to table. We have a large apiary, acres of gardens and fields, greenhouse, and an amazing new hydroponic farm built from a shipping container that is truly state of the art. When our students are done learning from our culinary and agriculture professors we then have fresh produce to sell that was grown either hydroponically or using the latest techniques in regenerative agriculture. We invite you to join us on campus for one of our community events and help support our next generation of chefs and farmers. Please visit our store throughout the year as we will be producing something all year long.
