Breezy Kakes is Black women owned business serving one’s soul via luxury, custom desserts, and baked goods. My career change is my tragedy to triumph story, during my insurmountable time of grief due to losing my beloved daughter Chambrelle” Breezy” at the tender age of 22 due to Diabetes and Pancreatitis. I did not bury myself in defeat but used my inner peace and courage to carry on. What started as a pastime turned into a love affair, baking for loved ones and friends. My friends and family made a huge fuss about my baked goods. Their approval geared up my determination, and my never-stop attitude led to my pursuit of turning my passion for baking into a lifelong entrepreneur’s dream. A dream deferred by my daughter has become an enthralling journey to the innovative delicacy called BREEZY KAKES. Chambrelle is a guiding principle that Breezy Kakes is founded upon, where high-quality ingredients are a must and customer service is extraordinary. In my quest to live up to Chambrelle’s name I hold it in high regard. I desire to learn the particular skills required to be a renowned gourmet dessert and confection baker. I continue to learn via classes and sessions to make sure my brand and name are “oh so breezy.” I aim to please customers and become your gourmet cake baker or customize your masterpiece for a special occasion.
